Standard mailers, also known as roll end tuck top (RETT) boxes, are one-piece corrugated mailers with reinforced roll-end sidewalls and a tuck-top lid. RETT boxes ship flat, assemble quickly, and provide a clean presentation with added protection around the sides.

 

They’re a strong choice for ecommerce orders, subscription products, kits, apparel, accessories, food products, and electronics that need both shipping protection and a polished unboxing experience.

 

Best for: brands that want a mailer that combines shipping performance, easy assembly, and a clean presentation.

E Flute
E flute is approximately 1/16" thick and creates a thinner, more refined mailer with a smoother surface for detailed printing. It’s a strong choice for lighter products where presentation and compact packaging are priorities.

 

Best for: cosmetics, accessories, subscription kits, apparel, and smaller ecommerce products.

 

B Flute
B flute is approximately 1/8" thick and provides more cushioning, rigidity, and stacking strength. It’s better suited for larger or heavier products that need additional protection during shipping.

 

Best for: heavier products, larger mailers, and shipments requiring added durability.

 

Simple rule: Choose E flute for a slimmer presentation and B flute for added protection.

White Corrugated
